Many of you have been asking what I’ve been up to lately, so I wanted to give you a run-down on all the opportunities Aly Di Fitness is offering to you in January!
First and foremost:
FUNCTIONAL FOUNDATIONS will be kicking off on January 9th! This is a 10-week group coaching program intended to give you a solid base of “fitness proficiency.” Click here to learn more and to enroll!
If you’re local to the Exton, PA area, Pat Flynn and I are hosting an awesome two-hour workshop to introduce you to the wonderful world of kettlebells! All proceeds support local families through The Bridge Academy in Coatesville! Join us on Sunday, January 8th from 1 to 3 PM at The Dragon Gym; then, tag along as we head to [most probably] Victory Brew Pub for a hangout session.
Even if you can’t make it to the workshop, Monday, Jan 9th marks the first day of Dragon Gym’s brand new Kettlebell Shred! We’ve added 4 new class times, so you are sure to find one that is convenient for you! I’ll be teaching 6 classes per week and would love to have you! Our first order of business will be losing the few pounds of cookies we will be eating within the next few days.
