The Aly Di Philosophy is grounded on two principles.

  1. You are already enough. Right here, right now. Your value is in no way defined by your level of fitness.
  2. Your goal is my goal. Always. Everyone defines success differently. Give me your definition, and I’ll give you a plan.

My core belief is that our value is in no way defined by or dependent upon our body composition. However, how we present our value to the world can be amplified by developing our physical beings. Fitness is one tool for empowerment.
